Anti Aging Foods

Have you ever imagined to be someone who stay young with increasing age. This allows to happen but we have to change the pattern of unhealthy lifestyle such as lack of exercise, lack of rest and consume a lot of calories that trigger premature aging

Consuming more calories will accelerate the aging so that the reduction in calories and enough exercise is the key to prevention of premature aging. By reducing calorie intake means reduced metabolism, free radicals cause aging therefore would be reduced. Some things that should be changed is the intake is more beneficial for our bodies as follows:

Antioxidants are compounds that neutralize free radicals. Free radicals are unstable molecules that result from the body's chemical processes, cigarette smoke, as well as radiation from the sun. Free radicals damage cells will slow, as a result of the body easily catch a disease, the body's organs do not work up, and quickly experience premature aging.

Antioxidants can be derived from Vitamin C, Vitamin E, Vitamin A and the mineral selenium. Vitamin E acts as an antioxidant by protecting the body tissues from oxidation. Vitamin C is an antioxidant that plays a role in the formation of connective tissue and is useful for maintaining skin elasticity. Vitamin A is believed to be protective against cancer because it is an antioxidant. Mineral selenium can synergize with vitamin E to increase endurance.

Vegetables and fruits are a source of Vitamins A, C, and selenium, a substance proven to counteract free radicals. Vitamin A is found in green and yellow vegetables, such as carrots and sweet potatoes are rich in beta-carotene red. Vitamin C is the class of vegetable chili, spinach, broccoli, melinjo leaves, cinnamon leaves, cassava leaves, and the leaves of Moringa. While present in citrus fruits, kiwi, guava, pineapple, mango, papaya and strawberries.

Vitamin E is found in avokad, nuts, sunflower seeds, sesame oil, potatoes, tomatoes, almonds, peanuts, peanut butter, corn, and green leafy vegetables are good sources of vitamin E. Abundant mineral selenium in tuna, liver, broccoli, tomatoes, onions, brown rice, lamb liver, chicken liver, oysters, salmon, duck eggs and orange juice.

Excessive fat consumption to be one of the triggers premature aging. It makes sense because in the process of metabolism 1g of fat will produce 9 kilocalories. In the process of metabolism, fat produces many free radicals cause premature aging. Use good fats such as the fat of sunflower seeds, olive oil, canola oil and oils from nuts. The fat is rich in essential fats such as omega 3 is beneficial for health.
