Consuming more calories will accelerate the
aging so that the reduction
in calories and enough
exercise is the key to prevention of premature aging. By reducing calorie intake means reduced metabolism,
free radicals cause aging therefore would be reduced. Some things that should
be changed is the
intake is more beneficial for
our bodies as follows:
Antioxidants are compounds that
neutralize free radicals. Free radicals
are unstable molecules that result from the body's
chemical processes, cigarette
smoke, as well as radiation from the sun.
Free radicals damage cells will slow,
as a result of the body easily catch a disease, the
body's organs do not work up, and quickly experience premature aging.
Antioxidants can be derived
from Vitamin C,
Vitamin E, Vitamin
A and the mineral
selenium. Vitamin E acts as an antioxidant by protecting the
body tissues from oxidation. Vitamin C is an antioxidant that plays a role in the formation of connective tissue and is useful for maintaining skin elasticity.
Vitamin A is
believed to be protective against
cancer because it is an
antioxidant. Mineral selenium
can synergize with vitamin E to increase endurance.
Vegetables and fruits
are a source of Vitamins A, C, and selenium,
a substance proven to counteract free radicals. Vitamin A is found in green and yellow vegetables,
such as carrots and sweet potatoes are rich
in beta-carotene red. Vitamin C is the class of vegetable
chili, spinach, broccoli,
melinjo leaves, cinnamon
leaves, cassava leaves, and the leaves of Moringa. While present in citrus
fruits, kiwi, guava, pineapple, mango, papaya
and strawberries.
Vitamin E is found in avokad, nuts, sunflower seeds, sesame oil, potatoes, tomatoes, almonds, peanuts, peanut butter, corn, and green leafy vegetables are good sources of
vitamin E. Abundant
mineral selenium in
tuna, liver, broccoli,
tomatoes, onions, brown rice, lamb
liver, chicken liver, oysters,
salmon, duck eggs and orange juice.
Excessive fat consumption
to be one of the triggers premature aging. It makes sense because in the process of metabolism 1g of fat
will produce 9
kilocalories. In the process of metabolism, fat
produces many free
radicals cause premature aging. Use
good fats such as
the fat of sunflower
seeds, olive oil,
canola oil and
oils from nuts.
The fat is rich
in essential fats such as omega 3 is beneficial
for health.
